EmPowHer All Girls

The EmPowHer All Girls project aims to strengthen young girls’ empowerment and challenge harmful gender norms. It builds on the successful PowHer Talk method which offers young girls some tools to resist harmful gender norms and creates safe spaces where they can strengthen their self-confidence and gain knowledge about their rights. By training professionals in schools, healthcare, and social services, the EmPowHer All Girls project forges connections between different groups, building a movement with a vision of long-term systemic change that helps protect girls from female genital mutilation and honour-related violence.
